Photoshop - PPB

This is my PPB.

I searched a technical fashion drawing without colors on it.

I also found a fabric pattern from internet.

And then opened them, also used the polygonal tool to select the part of the technical drawing, which  I want to fill the fabric pattern in. 

And then I renamed the fabric pattern as"pattern 1"in order to recognize easily.

Then I made my chosen part of the pattern into a square and it was symmetrical.

The same important thing was, don't forget to create new layers during editing. 

I selected the part of the garment image and filled in the pattern, and I scaled the size  of the pattern, so it can change the color, the size of the spots on it, these made my print proposal board. 

Photoshop - Fashion Illustration

This is my Fashion Illustration image.

First of all, I searched an illustration on internet without color, then opened it in photoshop, the important point was, once I want to edit some parts of the image, I must make a new layer, in order to edit it much more easily.

Secondly, I searched a texture pattern on internet and opened it.

Then I used the polygonal lasso tool to select the part of the image where I want to fill in the color and the texture pattern, once selected, I filled the colors I like on it, and I chose the blending mood, opacity of the colors I filled in. As for fill in the texture to my image, I used the rectangular marquee tool to select part  of the texture, the clicked "copy", and I go back to my image, pasted it.

Finally, I made a lighting effect to my fashion illustration, first I selected a layer which one I want to make the effect on, and then go to "lighting effect"to adjust the lighting part position.

Photoshop - Concept Board

This is my concept board.

First, I found some images on internet, using google searching tool, typed the images' names, then I used the advanced searching list on the left of the website, I chose the colors and sizes of my images.And I also used the images taken by myself. 

Secondly, I opened my images in Photoshop, using the polygonal  lasso tool to select the part of the image which I want to add to my concept board, and then used the move tool to move these parts to my concept board.  If I don't want to select , I can click the"reselect"button.

Then I clicked "edit">"transform">"scale", to adjust my images. 

 

Once I was satisfied with my images' positions, I used many tools to make different feelings of my board. I used the type tool to add the name of my board:"mechanic"and "organic".

Once I settled all my images, they became a new layer, and if I want to change one of my images' effect, I clicked the layer which one I want to change, and then clicked some effect options, such as  "blending mood","fill","feather"and "opacity".

 

And finally I made my concept board.
